Rihanna dropped the video for her new single “Hard” today. Maybe this song’ll chart higher since it’s not about shooting yourself in the head, although homegirl does let off a hail of bullets from her assault rifle at one point. I can’t believe those spineless pansies at MTV didn’t demand she cut it, since those thought-Nazis did mute Young Jeezy saying “kilo.” I hate when MTV censors every other word in a rapper’s verse, even when it isn’t profane, just to make sure it’s as squeaky clean as possible. There are so many dropped words it sounds like someone calling you from an iPhone in New York.
Here’s a fantastic Young Jeezy mixtape track where the chorus is just people chanting “Jeezy! Jeezy! Jeezy!” Chant along! It’s hella motivational.
