A judge ruled Friday morning that Gossip Girl MILF Kelly Rutherford will be allowed to take her two-year-old son, Hermes, to NYC with her while she films the hit series.
Judge Michael Levanas based his decision off of the fact that Rutherford has a contractual agreement to be in NYC to film the scenes, and estranged husband Daniel Hiersch has no work preventing him from going to NYC to be close to his son during that time as well.
The judge claimed he couldn’t find fault with either parent based on the factual information he has (Giersch claimed that the two year old wasn’t comfortable in New York and hated being there, but the child wouldn’t respond to the question when asked by the judge..)
Gierch will be granted overnight visits with his son, and hopefully they will be able to work it out so the young boy sees both parents all of the time.
