The body of the woman who committed suicide outside of Paula Abdul’s Los Angeles home last night has been identified as Paula Goodspeed, a 30 year old resident of Los Angeles.

As soon as her name was released the skeletons started marching out of the closet on this woman’s past.

Goodspeed auditioned for season 5 of American Idol, where she was picked to sing Proud Mary in front of the judges. Fox even dedicated a whole segment to her and her collection of Paula Abdul drawings, which you can view below or by clicking here.

But this wasn’t the first occurance, Police say last year they responded to a call of a car parked outside of Abdul’s residence, and arrived to find Goodspeed unconscious in the front seat of an apparent drug overdose. Neighbors are also coming forward saying that they’ve seen the car parked around there for the past few weeks, but just figured it was a paparazzo waiting for pictures of the American Idol judge.

A laminate with Abdul’s photo could be seen hanging from the rear view mirror in Godspeed’s car.
