Comedian George Carlin passed away yesterday at age 71.
Carlin, who has had a history of heart trouble, checked into a Santa Monica, CA hospital Sunday afternoon complainin of chest pains, and passed away later that evening.
He’s been one of the most notable comedians since the 1960’s , and Carlin produced 23 comedy albums, 14 HBO specials, three books, a couple of TV shows and has appeared in several movies, from his own comedy specials to “Bill and Ted’s Excellent Adventure” in 1989. Quite the career.
