Every interview with Audrina Patridge asks the same questions. Are you friends with Lauren?, are you mad at Lauren?, Did Lo come in between you and Lauren?. So why would her interview with the LA times be any different? Well it was… check it out after this!
Obviously they started out with the usual questions, but for those of us who stuck through them and answered them word for word with information that we already know, they actually asked her some pretty interesting questions. Her answeres were even a bit surprising!
LAT: Do you still work at Epic Records? Are you still looking to pursue a career in the music industry?
AP: I don’t work as much there as I used to. It’s definitely not how it used to be when the series started.
LAT: What’s your title there?
AP: You know, I don’t know my title. I help out with anything. I help out with artists every now and then, making sure they’re taken care of. I also do some A&R, listen to demos. But I’m really focusing on acting.
LAT: Do you ever read tabloids?
AP: My mom does. She calls me and says ‘Oh my gosh, they said this about you.’ A lot of it isn’t true. I try to stay away. A lot of people call in and get paid for that.
LAT: What do you think of people who do read tabloids?
AP: It think it’s a form of entertainment. Watching celebs and catching them doing something wrong, it’s part of the industry. If you’re famous, you have to accept it.
LAT: What is your sitting-around-the-house outfit?
AP: A tank top and Victoria Secret blue booty shorts.
So at least Audrina was honest about her fake job, a realist regarding the presence of tabloid journalism, and nice enough to use the words “booty shorts” for the sake of our imaginations.
