Here’s a look at a poster you WON’T be seeing plastered around your shopping malls and city billboards. This poster promoting the new Seth Rogen movie, Zack and Miri Make a Porno, has been banned by the MPAA in the US. Watch a trailer for the movie after this.
It seems as if the MPAA has been giving this movie constant grief for some time now, first threatening to give it an NC17 rating for having the word “porno” in the title. Then banning the poster which might depict a sexual act between the characters.
It’s funny how drugs and murder are welcomed with open arms in todays major motion pictures, but things that aren’t even illegal, are slapped with a ban.
Did the MPAA just not see the billboards for Rogen’s last film, Pineapple Express, which featured the bloodshot eyes of the two main characters engulfed in live smoke that poured out of the top of the sign?
