Spider-Man fans can breathe a sigh of relief. Tobey Maguire has signed on to do the 4th and 5th installments of the film franchise. Not without some stipulations though…
In addition to his 50-Million-dollar paycheck he’ll receieve for signing on to the films, Maguire will also take home the usual share of the profits.
The most interesting bullet point in the contract, is that Tobey will be granted family time during each of his work days. Spiderman will have early mornings and evenings off every day so he has time to play with his daughter, Ruby, who is now 22-months-old.
Spider-Man 4 and Spider-Man 5 will be shot back to back over a 6 month period for releases in 2009 and 2011.
