Alan Panettiere is has had his arraignment postponed in the case of him beating his wife, Lesley, after a night out this summer.
His lawyers were able to strike up a deal that he could stay out on his $50,000 dollar bond as long as he followed a few rules, including agreement to “not harass, strike, threaten, assault (sexually or otherwise), follow, stalk [or] molest” his wife.
He must also not “destroy or damage real property” and hand over to authorities any licensed handguns in his possession.
Like he was going to say “I’m sorry, I cant promise you all of those horrible things.”
Alan and Lesley attended the hearing together, so it appears everything is good in the hood right now.
Hopefully he walked out of the court room ahead of her rather than FOLLOWING behind.
