Eva Longoria Parker had to pack on a few lbs. for this season of Desperate Housewives, but after having to fight of pregnancy rumors by admitting that she had just gotten to a fat size 0, she’s decided to slim it back down.
Eva has opted to trade in red meats and poultry’s for an all fish diet. She said in a recent interview, “I love it… It really has effected my body… It takes a lot for the body to process red meat and I’ve never been a fan of chickens.”
Luckily for Eva, she didn’t have to consult a dietitian for this healthy plan, she studied to be a fitness trainer in college and was able to put her own nutritional knowledge to use.
