DJ AM is the final passenger from his September leer jet crash to file suit against the pilots and jet company.
In a case filed with LA Superior court this week, AM is claiming that “The pilots were either poorly trained and/or failed to follow their training.”
AM alleges that the two pilots who both died in the accident negligently aborted the take off causing the plane to overrun the runway and crash.
Travis Barker, and the two families of the passengers lost in the accident have already filed cases in past months.
AM is claiming pain and suffering, mental anguish, disfigurement, and loss of earnings due to the accident.
