Amy Winehouse will have to appear before a Norwegian judge on January 12 to state her case in an appeal of drug charges that were slapped on her and husband Blake Fielder-Civil in October 2007.
The pair were caught with a small amount of marijuana and taken to the station on possession charges, but Amy later appealed the case citing that Norwegian police made mistakes in the case.
Sources are saying that since it’s Amy’s appeal, she’ll likely have to be present to state her case, or else a judge isn’t going to take it seriously and will just dismiss it.
