Apparently the Broadway show that Jeremy Piven was appearing in before aquiring mercury poisoning was only one week away from breaking even in production costs.
Now show investors are ready to go after the Entourage actor because his departure cost them any chance of making a profit.
Nothing like admitting your shows only draw was a celebs appearance to the rest of the cast mates who work hard and are trying to make a living.
Anyways, apparently under contract, the producers are allowed to request medical records and have them examined by another doctor of their choice.
If they feel or find out any fraud went down, they are entitled to file a lawsuit against the actor.
Hopefully PIven was telling the truth or it’s looking like they’re going to nail him!
