The other day we told you about Spencer Pratt’s nightclub smackdown on one of Stephanie Pratt’s former boyfriends, Cameron Huston.
Well turns out Huston is planning to sue MTV over the altercation, saying that they provoked the fight to happen because Hills cameras were rolling.
According to the source, Huston is claiming that show producers told him to send text messages to Heidi Montag who was in Mexico, telling her spencer was hitting on the bartender at the bar, then send Spencer a few fruity girly drinks, he was told that Pratt was in on the joke an it was all for the show.
Huston did what they said, but Pratt wasn’t in on the joke, and confronted Huston and punched him three times, giving him a “pratt lip.”
Huston has reportedly sought legal help from Robert Shapiro, who was an attorney in the OJ Simpson murder trial.
Shapiro’s firm would neither confirm or deny with E News.
