Ellen DeGeneres got some bad news on the way to work yesterday, that the studio she films her show in had burnt down!

As she pulled up to the lot, she started to panic more as she saw Fire trucks and water pouring out onto the street, as well as heard fire alarms going off.

It was a false alarm though thankfully.  Ellen says, “A fire alarm was going off and water was gushing out all over the street. People just assumed there was a fire. But here’s what actually happened: a sprinkler pipe burst and a small portion of our studio right near the street flooded. The fire department came to check to see if there was a gas leak. There was not a gas leak. So, in conclusion, no fire.”
