Slumdog Millionaire was last night’s big winner at the Oscars, taking home an award in eight of the ten catagories it was nominated in.
In addition to the mighty Best Picture award, SDM took home the statue for Best Writing, Achievement in Sound Mixing, Achievement in Film Editing, Achievement in Cinematography, Best song, Best Original Score, and Best Director.
