Sharon Osbourne’s smack down of a reality show contestant may be taken to court.

Rock of Love Charm School contestant Megan Hauserman has filed suit in an LA court against Sharon Osbourne for the altercation that took place on set after Megan said something negative about Sharon’s husband, Ozzy, and has filed charges of  battery, negligence and intentional infliction of emotional distress. She seeks a jury trial and punitive damages.

It will likely not take any jury long to decide on this type of case, as it was filmed entirely by VH1 for Osbourne’s reality competition, and will be all the evidence needed.  If it ever even gets to court!!
