Pete Wentz recently spoke out in an interview about the possibility of making a children’s album in the near future.
Pete got the idea from having to sing his son to sleep every night, and the fact that there is a lullabye hidden somewhere on the new Fall Out Boy CD. Have any of you found it?
Pete says, “To get our son to sleep we play him Bob Dylan’s You Belong To Me. Or a little Sinatra. My boy’s probably the last person in the world to appreciate my singing voice. Although I wrote a lullaby especially for him – you’ll find it on our new album if you look hard enough – it’s a hidden track…We had so much fun doing it I’m going to put out an album of songs for children.”
Pete should sing contemporary pop hits in lullabye form if he really wants to get big sales!! Or at least have his wife do it. Sister-in-law Jess could use the work too!
