Kimora Lee Simmons was caught up in a rumor last week that she secretly wed her boyriend, Djimon Hounsou in a traditional ceremony in his native land of Africa last summer, before her divorce was finalized.
But now her people are speaking up saying yes, a ceremony took place, but it was just a commitment ceremony to show their love for one another, not an actual wedding.
Kimora and Russell Simmons’ divorce was finalized in January, so the couple can now legally wed.
