Slow poke parents from Pittsburgh Pennsylvania who didn’t get tickets to Miley Cyrus’ ‘Best of Both Worlds‘ tour were flaming mad over the fact they spent $29.95 on a membership to Mileyworld.com only to be snubbed at any special privileges after seats went on sale can finally complain no more, because a PA judge has ruled over their class action lawsuit.
The parents claimed that Mileyworld advertised a special pre-sale for memebers, but when the pre-sale day came along, many were left without that opporotunity, likely because the ammount of members were greater than the ammount of pre-sale tickets.
As always, people will sue over anything, but the judge was clearly not going to reward them with Miley Cyrus tickets, so all they got out of the deal was another lousy 4 months on mileyworld.com for free.
The judge also instructed the site to add this disclaimer to their fine print; “Purchase of a MileyWorld fan club membership does not guarantee access to tickets.”
Surprisingly it did not have that disclaimer already, which is pretty much standard to any advertisement this day and age.
Don’t think a couple upset parents is going to keep Miley Cyrus down though, MC is currently enjoying her highest place on the charts ever, with her new single, The Climb, from the Hannah Montana Movie Soundtrack which debuted today at number 9.
The HM movie hits theaters on April 10th, and it’s likely to sell out just as fast as the concert.
