DJ AM has filed a case against jet manufacturer Learjet last Friday seeking damages from the September crash that put himself and Travis Barker in critical condition, as well as killing four others.
In the court papers, AM is seeking $10 million for medical expenses, lost earnings, profits and economic damages and another $10 million related to non-economic losses, such as mental and physical pain.
If the case is to go to trial, a jury would decide the outcome.
What do you think? Is $20 million a bit excessive?
