After actor Forrest Whitaker dropped out of the next Sylvester Stallone movie titled, The Expendables, Stallone hired his second choice, rapper 50 cent.
There’s no love loss between Rocky and Whitaker though, just a scheduling conflict that caused him to have to back out, leaving the door open for the G-Unit rapper.
The film is about a group of mercenaries on a mission to overthrow a South American dictator, also both written and directed by Stallone.
Oh, the cast is pretty stacked too, featuring appearances by Mickey Rourke, Jet Li, Jason Statham, Dolph Lungdren, and Arnold Schwarzenegger.
The Expendables is slated to start shooting next month.
