Zac Efron and the HSM gang took home the highest honor at the Kids Choice Awards last night as they were given the award for best movie for High School Musical 3.
The films female lead, Vanessa Hudgens, also scooped up the award for best female actress, all voted on by the kids, (and then of course confirmed or changed by Nickelodeon politics.)
Efron was on hand to accept, and had this to say;
“Lately, a lot of people have been taking credit for bringing back the musical. The truth is we’ve known who’s been responsible for bringing back the musical all along. It was you guys!”
Disney has announced plans to do High School Musical 4, but the original cast will likely all opt out of being a part of the film.
