Lawyers for rapper Kanye West appeared in court this morning to ask for a delay in the arriangment hearing over the altercation he and a bodyguard were involved in at LAX airport on September 11.
Their wish for the delay was granted and they will be asked to return on May 20th.
On September 11th West and a bodyguard assaulted a photographer at LAX and broke his camera and flash. Kanye was charged with one count of three misdemeanors and the body guard charged with two counts of each.
They will use the extra month to review evidence to enter their plea.
