Madonna won her appeal this morning in Malawi meaning she can start making preparations to bring home 3-year-old Mercy James.
Madonna must play the waiting game now, as it should take anywhere from 3-5 days to make all necessary arrangements, but the material girl is said to be very excited and issued the following statement.
“I am extremely grateful for the Supreme Court ruling on my application to adopt Mercy James. I am ecstatic … My family and I look forward to sharing our lives with her.”
