David Archuletta’s nutty stage dad has been charged $582 dollars after he was caught receiving a massage from a prostitute during a January police raid in Utah.
According to a statement from a detective that was given to an internet gossip site; “He was just finishing up in suite number one. I sent two of the officers in and the male was on his stomach on the table with a masseuse in lace underwear. He was asked if he’d received any sexual services and he said he had.”

But now the story is changing. In court Jeff Archuletta is pleading not guilty, and his attorney claims he visited the massage parlor for a back massage, and no sexual encounters did occur.
