Brown had recently filed a second appeal hoping to push his court date back another week, but the judge wasn’t having it this time time.
There will be no delays and the trial will go on as planned, Monday June 22.
In attendance will be Rihanna, the one left beaten at the scene of the crime. She will testify if asked to. (Why would they not ask?)
