Rihanna did not have to testify today, as a plea deal was struck prior to today’s hearing at the Los Angeles courthouse.
The terms of the deal will be that Chris Brown must complete 180 days in a labor domestic violence program and get five years probation for felony assault.
In addition, Brown must stay 50 yards from Rihanna at all times, and in the event they are at the same event or function for work, he must stay 10 yards from her.
The judge also warned Rihanna not to contact Brown, as it would violate his probation.
IF Brown violates the probation over the next 5 years, he will be sent to prison for a minimum four years!
