Highly unlikely, but stranger things have happened.
Just yesterday, fathers day, Jon was seen outside the families home playing with the kids, with Kate nowhere in site. An impropteau press conference was held on the property when tons of fans and reporters showed up, but Jon wouldn’t give away any hints, simply plugging his show. He did also mention that he had “no idea” where Kate was the day before the big news.
