Rupert Grint, who plays Ron Weasley in the Harry Potter series, recently picked up a case of the swine flu on the set of the new film, causing for his filming schedule to have to be re-worked.
Rupert’s publicist confirmed the news but said the star had made a quick recovery. He said; “He has now recovered and is looking forward to joining his fellow cast members at the premieres this week and then return to filming directly afterward. A spokesman for Rupert’s doctor confirmed that Rupert is no longer contagious or at risk of infecting others. Other scenes were shot in his absence which did not require his involvement and thus filming was not disrupted.”
Wonder if he passed it along to any potter ladies on the set?
