I know, I know. When you heard Blink 182 was breaking up, you cried until the make-up your mom says you’re not allowed to wear to school ran down your chin. You tore their Tiger Beat tear-outs down from your wall. You even considered the unthinkable, but then you put “Adam’s Song” on repeat until its powerful anti-suicide message/Mr. Show reference salved your soul.
Good call! They’re back together now, and all it took was their drummer walking away from a fatal-for-some plane crash. “We started talking again after Travis’ accident,” says Tom DeLonge. He’s the one who walked away to form Angels and Airwaves, who were like if Blink 182 sang about Christ instead of peeing.
And there’s another album on the way, too. I can’t wait to see what delicious pun it’s titled with. How about “Tits Okay, I’ll Finger It Out Later.” Boys, you can have it free.
