You would think that if two of your friends/co-stars were dating/maybe dating you would be supportive even if you did not foresee a long term relationship coming from it right?
Well not if you’re Billy Burke, who plays Bella Swan’s overprotective father in The Twilight Saga.
After some new photos of Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson getting cozy in Canada at a concert emerged this weekend, the Twi-daddy is speaking up about their relationship.
When asked by Us Weekly about the two dating off screen Burke said; “If they want to date each other, fine!” Look, when you’re that age, you’re going to make mistakes. You’re going to date people you probably shouldn’t date. It’s all part of the growing process.”
So they shouldn’t date? Does this mean Burke hates Pattinson in real life? Why would he call it a mistake?
I’m going to go out on a limb and say Bart Johnson never discouraged Zac Efron from dating Vanessa Hudgens and they seem to be doing pretty darn good!
