Check out this EXCLUSIVE photo of Cleveland Cavaliers center Shaquille O’Neal arriving back from a team walk through in Los Angeles this afternoon.
A usual jokester, who always entertains via his Twitter page (@the_real_shaq) managed to only flash a quick smile and peace sign as he headed into the team hotel carrying a dead serious brief case. (Where he keeps all his court docs perhaps?)
To go along with his other off the court drama, it was revealed today that Shaq is involved in another lawsuit in Las Vegas over his former nickname while playing for the Phoenix Suns, “Shaqtus.”
Representatives for a Las Vegas based business man are claiming that he beat Shaq to trademarking the name, but Shaq is claiming that he was first to the party.
Shaq’s company is claiming that the man tried to cease the production of a commercial for ESPN where O’neal and some ESPN announcers admire a cactus created to look like him while on a bus trip through the desert.
Representatives for O’neal are trying to gain full control of the trademark.
The Cavs are in town to spank the LA Clippers on Saturday at the Staples center.
