Contrary to reports, Charlie Sheen will NOT be entering rehab.

Though he’s currently concentrating on fixing his marriage to Brooke Mueller after an alcohol fueled altercation in Aspen on Christmas landed him with criminal charges.

A judge in Aspen lifted the restraining order from Charlie last week so him and his wife can work it out, but despite reports that both are headed to rehab to better themselves, a source told Access Hollywood; “Charlie Sheen is not headed for rehab.”
