Looking to get his name back in the lime light, Jon Gosselin has figured that the only shot he’s got is to stur up some legal sh*t against his ex-wife, Kate.
Jon has hired a high powered attorney to go after the custody agreement, where he is seeking primary custody of the kids calling Kate an “absentee mom” and is using her Dancing With the Stars stint as an excuse. He’s also asking that the spousal support amount be raised, claiming that $20,000 a month is ridiculous.
If anyone has seen Kate on Dancing With the Stars, you’d know she’s more absent from that, and also plus that with the fact that she could easily be going home tonight, Jonny’s dream could be down the toilet in a matter of hours.
He must have watched last night, no matter he struck quick.
Better luck next time, Jon. You won’t win this one. You’re probably more of an “absentee” when you are living under the same roof.
