Three more dates of Whitney Houston’s European tour have been postponed after the singer has been taken to a hospital in France.
A spokesperson for her label released the following statement;
“With great disappointment, Whitney Houston has postponed her first three concerts in the UK due to illness. Doctors visited Whitney late last night in Paris and confirmed that she was suffering from an upper respiratory infection. Upon medical advice Whitney has been advised that she cannot perform to allow her time to recover.”
Whitney has been diagnosed with chronic rhinopharyngtis, which is a swelling in the nose and pharynx. The three shows have been moved to May and June.
