Nicole Richie made quite the fashion statement when she arrived at driving school in Los Angeles this week.
Richie, who’s shorts were peeking out from under her dress, wore a tight denim jacket and a scarf, which pretty much dispels any pregnancy rumors don’t you think?
In Nicole’s defense, it has been freezing cold here this week in Southern California, currently it’s only 56 degrees!
