Lindsay Lohan is one day away from a court appearance that could potentially send her to jail, but could that be what she wants?
According to her father Michael Lohan, she’d rather go to jail than have to go to rehab!
We know what you’re thinking, “of course Michael Lohan is blabbing out about the matter,” but for once, he sort of makes sense! He tells a source;
“She thinks that three days in jail is better than 60 days in rehab and she’s sadly mistaken. Lindsay doesn’t realize how horrible it is to be in jail for one, two, three days or longer. It’s something that would stick with her for the rest of her life and she doesn’t need any more torment.”
Adds his lawyer; “The last time Lindsay went to jail, it was only for 84 minutes, so she probably feels that if she gets jail time, it will be for a short period of time.”
She has good reason to think that, as celebs usually get removed within hours, but for a second time visitor, we have to believe that the judge will not be so forgiving. Hopefully the judge will try and send a message to Lindsay here.
Lindsay is scheduled to appear tomorrow at the LA court house, but the last we heard of our damsel in distress, she was partying around France without a care in the world.
