Okay, she was the new Paula Abdul, but now Ellen DeGeneres is the new Simon Cowell!
Since coming across little Grayson Chance’s performance of Lady GaGa’s Paparazzi on YouTube, and inviting him to join her show to tape a couple of episodes, Ellen has decided to launch her own lable!
Appearing on today’s episode of the talk show, Chance will be helping Ellen unveil Eleveneleven Records, her new label.
Ellen explains; “Greyson inspired me to start a record label called eleveneleven. He is my first artist and we are making a record together.”
His hired help? A management team consisting of Lady GaGa’s manager, Svengali Troy Carter, and Madonna’s manager, Guy O’seary.
Not a bad deal if you ask me!
The question is, with Grayson in town for Ellen today, and signed to a deal on Ellen’s label, did they get him a performance spot on the finale of Idol tonight?
They better have!
