Wait, could Lindsay Lohan actually have been telling the truth about that movie in Texas that her “state arrest” sentence was going to prevent her from filming?

Either that or some Texas film producers just see this as an example to bail her out and get her in their film for cheap.
Willie Nelson, along with Kerry Wallum have started up a production company that is planning to put out three to four films per year with an under three million dollar budget for each.
The pair recently spoke out and admitted that they are in talks with Lohan for their first film, ‘The Dry Gulch Kid.’
Though no offers have been made, and no papers have been signed, Lindsay’s camp probably remembered the talks while drawing up their defense on the long flight home from Cannes.
When he heard that Lohan’s attorney pleaded with the judge over the stipulations because of her intent to film a movie in Texas, Kerry Wallum responded; “I hope she was referring to our movie.”
Even if she was though, too bad for Lindsay. The judge didn’t give two craps about her acting career!
The judge shoud have given two craps about her decision to allow the actress to keep taking prescription drugs, as long as she had a doctors note, though.
