It sounds to me like Jack Osbourne is getting a raw deal here from the judge!
After video evidence proved that his ex girlfriend Niki Coyd, was the one responsible for vandalizing his Aston Martin, the judge was still un willing to slap a restraining order on the psycho ex.
Osbourne told the judge he fears that Coyd “is apparently in a state of unpredictable rage, and I fear that she intends to do further harm to me or to my property.”
Apparently video evidence of a vandalism was not enough, because the judge was unwilling to grant the TRO, telling Jack to just not let her in his home.
Is he just supposed to not leave either?
