If anyone sets their sights big, it’s Simon Cowell.
He’s perfected American Idol, which has spun off into many other countries own Idol series’.
He’s got The X factor which is about to expand, and the “Got Talent” series, all of which are semi similar in structure, but limited to one country.
Simon Cowell is reportedly planning a “World’s Got Talent” reality competition that would put contenders from over 80 countries up against each other for the grand prize.
It’s almost like The Olympics if you think about it!
A source close to Cowell reveals: “This has been Simon’s dream. It will be the biggest reality show the world’s seen. There is a huge wealth of talent out there. The best acts cross language barriers. Look at last year’s winners Diversity – anyone from any country would be impressed by what they do.”
But would they? We might be interested in the talents of people from other countries, but are they interested in the plain American singers?
