We spotted Billy Ray Cyrus walking all of his dogs in the Valley yesterday afternoon.
Okay we kid, mommy Tish is not exactly a dog. Can we talk about his hair though?
He went from the mullet, to the flat ironed long hair, to that? We think he needs to go long again.
The guy lives in those Free City sweat pants as well! Time to spend some of Miley’s money on some new threads Billy!
