Everyone who follows Amanda Bynes on Twitter knows she’s a little bit strange.
But just when you thought it couldn’t get much more strange, Amanda Bynes retired at age 24.
No, she didn’t just land that “you’ll never have to work another day in your life” role in an award winning film, she just doesn’t like it anymore.
In a series of post on her Twitter page she writes:
“I don’t love acting anymore so I’ve stopped doing it. Being an actress isn’t as fun as it may seem. I’ve never written the movies & tv shows I’ve been apart of, I’ve only acted like the characters the producers or directors wanted me to play. If I don’t love something anymore I stop doing it. I know 24 is a young age to retire but you heard it here first: I’ve retired.”
That’s why they call it “Acting” Amanda… You ACT like the characters.
Her final work, Easy A, is set to come out this year.
What’s next Amanda?
