Dina Lohan better start prepping a rough draft of excuses to practice before Lindsay Lohan’s July hearing.
A judge ruled today that Lohan will be forced to answer questions as to whether she used cocaine the night she was arrested in 2007 after a joyride, which resulted in a lawsuit brought by people who were in the car.
Lindsay is currently on probation for a number of related things, and this hearing will pretty much decide the fate of her jail time and SCRAM bracelet.
The Lohan camp already asked the judge to dismiss any questions about Lohan’s financial state, however it’s undetermined if the judge will even consider such a thing.
If she tells the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, then she will likely admit to using cocaine, as two types were found in her system after that night.
HOWEVER, knowing Lindsay and Dina, we wouldn’t be surprised if we hear that someone else in the party was doing it, sneezed, and her nose happend to be right in the line of fire.
