Lindsay Lohan’s lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, is done with her shenanigans!
TMZ is reporting that Holley informed them this morning that she has resigned from the case.
Lindsay will be getting a new attorney, Tiffany Feder-Cohen, who has only 7 months removed from the bar exam.
The reason to re-hire so quickly? Lindsay is planning to appeal the jail sentence according to some.
Apparently, she’s been telling friends she is NOT going to jail.
Unfortunately for Lindsay, her record speaks for itself. It’s very unlikely they rule that Judge Revel had any hidden agendas here.
