Just like Joel Madden, Miley Cyrus is not a cheater either.
A photo that was posted on PerezHilton yesterday showing a woman supposed to be Miley Cyrus posing on a boat with a man who was not Liam Hemsworth, but even Perez noted the woman was likely not Cyrus.
CaptainObvious.com GossipCop.com is clearing that mess up, calling a Cyrus rep who denied that it was the singer in the photo.
Of course it was not Miley, it BARELY looked like her.
