With a possible wedding as early as TOMORROW , we know Hilary Duff has been hitting the gym hard the past couple of months.
But how hardcore has her workout regimen been?
Well according to People.com, Hilary has teamed up with celebs trainer Harley Pasternak, who has trained Megan Fox, and Jennifer Hudson.
As for stepping it up to get in perfect wedding shape, Pasternak explains that Hilary upped her 5 minute cardio warm up and cool downs to 15 minutes, and “each fuel-charged day consists of five meals: a breakfast burrito, mid-morning snack (berry smoothie), lunch (chopped salad), afternoon snack (apple cinnamon oatmeal cookie) and dinner (“she loves Japanese food”).”
Hilary is rumored to be tying the knot with Mike Comrie this weekend in Santa Barbara.
The couple became engaged earlier this year after a couple years of dating.
She looks good, so the hard work is paying off!
