Jet Blue’s most notorious flight attendant had a court date in New York this morning, however it was adjourned until next month, while Steven Slater’s lawyers and the prosecutor try and bargain out a plea deal.
Slater is facing charges of criminal mischief, reckless endangerment, and trespassing, and if convicted could spend up to seven years in prison.
As you can see in the photos above obtained by Kikster.com, “Infraction” may have been Slater’s middle name.
