According to multiple sources, Heather Locklear is planning to wed her on again/ off again boyfriend of three years, Jack Wagner.
After denying that the couple had split earlier this year, Locklear accepted a surprise proposal from Wagner at a party for her 49th birthday late last month in Los Angeles.
“Heather never felt the time was right, but now she is ready,” a source tells Britain’s Daily Express.
This will mark Heather’s third walk down the aisle.
