The newest celebs couple to officially confirm their break-up is Blake Lively and Penn Badgley. The end of their three year relationship may not seem as significant as the 17 year Cyrus divorce that was confirmed earlier today, but three years to actors in their early 20s might as well be a lifetime. Lively had already been spotted around town with actor Ryan Gosling so we suspect the Lively and Badgley have been broken up for awhile.
